PROGRAMS OFFERED:

Academic Enrichment (AE): Personalized learning plans for academic improvement [ only learning]

Skill Enrichment (SE): Practical skills in communication, tech tools, and coding [only learning] Peer-to-Peer Learning (P2P): If you know something you can teach here if you don't know something you can learn here and get paid at the end [ learning/earning ]

Practical Intersection (PI): We teach skills if any skill gaps spot and assign skill based tasks and pays for completing them [ learning/earning ]

KENNEN POINTS SYSTEM:

A performance-based reward structure:

AE/SE Tasks: 1 point per task

P2P Sessions: 2–10 points based on activity

PI Tasks: 1 point per task Note: Only P2P and PI points are eligible for earnings.
